Online Rink Booking and Availability
Members can login here to book rinks for Roll-ups and also confirm if they are available for fixtures. Members will also be able to view the diary to see when fixtures are, which rinks are available for roll ups and Away games and social events at the club.

All members are welcome to come and play at any time for a 'Roll Up' as long as there are rinks available and the Green is playable. NB: County Games get precedence over other game
Thursday Evening Roll Up Cup: Mainly for new bowlers, but any member of the club can play. There are no selections, you just turn up on the night. Starting time is approx. 18.00hrs.
IMPORTANT - Please check with Captains to confirm dates and times.
Fixtures are arranged throughout the year, including during the winter season when we play a number of games at local indoor Clubs. These include County League and East Beds Leagues as well as Friendly matches against a number of local clubs - for Ladies and Mens teams, and also some mixed friendly games.
These games are all listed in the current year's Fixture Card.
Other Competition games, eg the Harmsworth Cup, will be added to this page when the details are known.

INTERNAL CLUB COMPETITIONS - There are a number of internal club competitions that members can play in, all members are welcome to put their names forward for selection and are a great way to gain more confidence in playing competitively.

FIXTURES AND COMPETITIONS
Inhouse Competitions
Singles – Marker required
Drawn pairs (pairs picked from a hat)
Mixed pairs (your own choice of partner)
Don Ross (mainly for new bowlers) – Marker required
Handicap (the better you are the lower your handicap)
If you are interested in playing in any of the above competitions, you have to give your name to the Captain or President (a list may also be sent out to you with the competitions matches on and you can then tick which you would like to play in).
Draws for the games will be posted on the Changing room Notice Board.
You arrange with your opponent when to play the game. They can be played on any day/evening as long as there is a free rink.
There is a Diary in the Club house where you can see which rinks are free and you then enter when you are playing, and which rink you are playing on.
County League:
Always played on a Wednesday evening, home or away (unless it is a re-arranged game) This team is picked by the Selection Committee. If you would like to be considered to be selected keep a look out for the Selection Team Sheet on the Notice Board in the Changing Rooms or Outside Notice Board, you will need to put your name on the sheet otherwise you won’t be considered for selection. If you are selected you will be phoned by the Captain and/or team will be posted on the Notice Boards.
East Beds League:
Always played on a Monday evening, home or away (unless it is a re-arranged game) Three sides are run, A, B and C. The teams are picked by the Committee pre-season. Saturday/Sunday Games All Saturday and Sunday games are friendlies. If you would like to be considered to be selected keep a look out for the Selection Team Sheet on the Notice Board in the Changing Rooms or Outside Notice Board. You will need to put your name down on the sheet, and normally selections are on a first come first served basis
